Bayeslab Terms of Service

Update Notice: This Bayeslab Terms is posted on Dec 19, 2025, and is effective Dec 19, 2025. Your continued use of the Site and Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

By accessing Bayeslab.ai or using our APIs (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you represent an organization, "You" refers to that entity, and you warrant you have the authority to bind it. If using a personal email, "You" refers to you individually.

2. Bayeslab Account Registration

To use the Service, you must provide accurate Account Information. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Bayeslab is not liable for any loss resulting from compromised credentials.

3. Fees and Subscription

Auto-Renewal: Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Taxes: Fees are exclusive of Taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
Free Trials: Any Service provided during a free trial is "AS-IS" without warranties.

4. Use Restrictions

You shall not:

Reverse engineer or decompile the Service.
Use the Service for High-Risk Activities (e.g., life support, nuclear facilities).
Upload Sensitive Personal Data (e.g., health records, government IDs).
Develop a competitive product using Bayeslab's proprietary logic.

5. Data Ownership and AI Processing

Your Content: You own all raw data and the final Analysis Output.
AI Training: Bayeslab does not use your raw Customer Content to train our generalized models. We may use de-identified Usage Information (e.g., which features are used) to improve the Service.
Sandbox Security: Data processing occurs in an isolated Sandbox. Bayeslab does not transfer your raw data to third-party LLM providers for their model training.

6. Service Warranty and Disclaimers

Limited Warranty: For paying users, we warrant the Service will perform substantially as described in the Documentation.
Disclaimer: EXCEPT AS STATED, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DO NOT GUARANTEE 100% ACCURACY OF ANALYSIS RESULTS. AI-GENERATED INSIGHTS SHOULD BE INDEPENDENTLY VERIFIED BY THE USER.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAYESLAB'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU DURING THE CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION TERM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Bayeslab against claims arising from: (i) your violation of these Terms; or (ii) the legality or content of your Customer Content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wilmington, Delaware.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
